I am Escyos and I am the owner, creator, bureaucrat and sole admin of this wiki. I am getting this wiki up and running and adding as much as I can. I was originally on the Wikia Stargate site, but left due to the fact that some idiot (The Rogue Penguin) was unable to understand that he was wrong. I started the Gaters Wiki but then Wikia decided to force Oasis on all of us and I left. I started then on Shoutwiki but they had a massive failure and took them over 40 days to recover the sites and at least 50+days to get editing back online. With this I bought a domain and viola, the real Stargate Wiki was born.

Wiki Stuff
Why
The Wikia Stargate site is an unreliable, non-canon, piece of crap which is why I created a canon-only Stargate site. Wikia went and showed their true colors, as a money-hungry faceless corporation, and I left and went to Shoutwiki, who were great for a while, despite being occasionally slow, then they screwed up and lost data and a HEAP of time, I got fed up and left (then had my account on there hacked and my name turned to shit by this hacker, which is why every place I visit now has much more advanced anti-spam features) and came here to create an independent, reliable wiki for Stargate, as not a single one exists anywhere online (at least in English).
My opinion (and that of sane people): You are an independent wiki editor and have morals OR you are a wikia editor and have no brain.
Screenplays
I have access to the screenplays officially released by MGM (through some other agency). There are all the episodes of Stargate SG-1 and Seasons 1-3 of Stargate: Atlantis. If you would like them please let me know and I will email them to you or upload them here.

Stargate dreams
- 24/08/11 - I was at a convention, although it was more like a lecture. Alaina Huffman, Ryan Robbins, Kavan Smith, Robert Carlyle, Richard Dean Anderson and several others were there. The lecture ended and people started leaving and I caught up with Alaina Huffman to try to get a signature but she was very rude (which I head she is not like in real life) and said she had someone to go. I managed to find Kavan Smith and Ryan Robbins (who I called Simon for some reason) but the book i had for signatures was full of graffiti and there was no where to sign.
