| O'Neill is promoted to general and takes command of the SGC. A Russian soldier comes to the base to join SG-1 but is not allowed to join. The soldier collapses for an unknown reason and soon Daniel Jackson begins acting strangely and attempts to escape through the Stargate, only to discover that Anubis had been inhabiting him and was attempting to get out of the base.

Meanwhile the SGC discovers that the The Trust took the gate after gaining access to Osiris' abandoned ship in orbit.

The Replicator Carter agrees to work with the real Carter to find a way to circumvent the immunity, however she is discovered by Fifth and he begins to make his way to her.

| O'Neill finds Robert Kinsey in his home who mentions that he was contacted by members of the Trust. He agrees to be an undercover agent and help bring them down but he disappears and reappears in Russia, now implanted with a symbiote. The SGC discovers that the Goa'uld have infiltrated the Trust and a Russian official and are intending to have Russia go into a nuclear war with America.

Ba'al contacts the SGC and asks for help in stopping them. Meanwhile Teal'c and Bra'tac use this time to take control of Dakara which will destroy the image of the Goa'uld as gods forever.

Now the alternate Daniel, Carter and O'Neill travel to Chulak to find Teal'c and restore the timeline.
