Stargate Command puts a plan in motion to draw Anubis' new superweapon to Vis Uban, sneak aboard and find out information on how to destroy it.

| Discovering a large energy dome with a fertile garden inside, SG-1 goes to check it out and find a human civilisation of a few hundred living in the dome who share knowledge and history via The Link which shares the information neurally. After some research, Daniel finds that the dome was once home to hundreds of thousands of people who have all mysteriously disappeared.

| Exploring a planet, SG-1 finds a large space craft crashed on the surface and hundreds of people in stasis. A mysterious wave of energy knocks them all unconscious, Teal'c is the first to awaken and finds Daniel near one of the stasis chambers. Returning to the SGC they discover that Daniel's mind has become host to several other consciousnesses and there may not be a way to save him.

| On a return journey to Earth the Prometheus is attacked by an unfriendly ship and Carter comes up with a plan to hide within a gas cloud, however she is knocked unconscious and when she awakes find the ship empty and unable to move from its location in the cloud. Things go bad when the gases begin to corrode the outer hull of the ship.

| Jonas contact Stargate Command for help in averting a catastrophe on Langara when it is discovered that the Naquadria inthe planets crust will soon reach critical mass and destroy the planet. SG-1 must help modify a giant digger machine created to mine the Naquadria to reach a point where the Naquadria can be stopped and discover that one of the scientist working on the project is a Goa'uld spy.

The team looks for clues as to why this woman killed them all and soon discover that the N.I.D were doing experiments into cloning a Goa'uld in the body of a human to extract the knowledge needed. Things go bad when it is discovered that a Goa'uld bomb has been set.
