| A Ha'tak comes to Earth only to be found to be entirely abandoned. Attempting to take control of the ship, one of the scientists is killed by mysterious Jaffa who set the ship to crash into Earth. As the ship begins sinking in the ocean, SG-1 must find a way to get out while saving the consciousness of Thor who was trapped in the ships computer.

| A journalist approaches Carter and claims to have knowledge of a secret project, Prometheus the government is running. Threatening to go public the Air Force is forced to let her see Prometheus which turns out to be Earths first interstellar battlecruiser.
