P7J-989 is a planet in the Milky Way galaxy and home to a race of humans.
Overview
The planet has a Stargate located in a garden near large dome structure where the planets inhabitants lived in a virtual reality. (SG1: "The Gamekeeper")
History
The people on the planet were developing new technology, however there was a chemical disaster in 976 and the environment became uninhabitable, so what was left of the population all entered a virtual reality. Over time the world became habitable again and the Keeper, the designer of the virtual reality, would exit and care for the garden. When SG-1 arrived in 1998 they told the people that their planet was habitable again and the people left the virtual world and ventured outside again. (SG1: "The Gamekeeper")
