The Icarus Officers Mess is a mess hall on Icarus Base for the senior officers and visiting personnel.

Overview
This is a large room on Icarus Base for serving food to senior officers. This room is adjacent to the Kitchen and has four points of entry - a door leading into the Kitchen, a door leading into the corridor, a spiral staircase in the far corner and another staircase on the opposite wall.
The room has a large table capable of seating 18 people in the center of the room, a small table on one side with coffee and a bar area adjacent to the table. (SGU: "Air, Part 1")
History
The officers mess was used to host a dinner when Senator Alan Armstrong visited the base to witness the first attempted dial out using the ninth chevron. After the failed attempt, the dinner began with Col. Everett Young, Col. David Telford, Lt. Matthew Scott, Lt. Tamara Johansen, Eli Wallace, Senator Armstong, Chloe Armstrong, Camile Wray and several others.
During the dinner, the base came under attack by the Lucian Alliance and the dinner ended early. The room was destroyed when the planet exploded. (SGU: "Air, Part 1")
