Goldilocks is a planet in the Goldilocks zone of the unnamed galaxy. The planet was chosen out of three possible candidates; the first being too hot, the second being too cold; for 17 members of the Destiny expedition to evacuate to, in order to escape the imminent destruction of Destiny. The planet had very little Carbon dioxide and as such had little plant life and a cold atmosphere barely rising above 0 degrees centigrade. When it was discovered that Destiny had survived, the crew of the Ancient shuttle had to perform a slingshot maneuver around the planet to get back to Destiny before it entered FTL. (SGU: "Light")
