The Clava Thessara Infinitas, Ancient for the Key to Infinite Treaure, is an Ancient tablet which supposedly holds clue to the whereabouts of a vast storehouse of Ancient weapon technology and treasures hidden away by the Ancients before they ascended.

Overview

The tablet would allow those who possess it entrance into the storehouse of the Ancients, however evidence on the key led many to believe it was actually a hoax. Depictions of the tablet have it as a round object with a square hole in the center, surrounding it is a series of Stargate symbols and surrounding more closly the square hole is a series of unknown symbols. History

Sometime ago the Goa'uld Athena partnered with Qetesh in search of the Clava Thessara Infinitas. Qetesh double-crossed Athena and later led her to believe she had indeed located the Clava Thessara Infinitas. In 2007 Athena kidnapped Vala Mal Doran, former host of Qetesh, in order to probe her mind and uncover what she knew of the Clava Thessara Infinitas, however nothing was uncovered. (SG1: "Memento Mori") Some time later Daniel Jackson managed to cross-reference some of Athena's research with the cartouche data that Stargate Command had and was able to come up with a gate address. This led to P4M-328 which looked promising due tot he apparent coded nature of the Hieroglyphs on the walls but there were no signs of the Clava Thessara Infinitas and the writings nothing more than incorrect translations on museum exhibits. In an effort to capture Adria, Vala was implanted with the false memories of having dreams about clues to the Clava Thessara Infinitas which led to the teams being attacked offworld and Vala being blamed, allowing her to leave the SGC and meet up with Adria. The dreams had the symbol for infinity begin placed over an Ancient tablet with Stargate symbols on it giving six symbols and a gate address. (SG1: "Dominion")
