Camelot is a planet in the Milky Way galaxy, former home to Arthur and Merlin.

Camelot has a forested area near the Stargate and around the city, which is a massive castle-esque city complete with walls, towers and a moat.

History
The planet was once home to King Arthur and Merlin. After the Battle of Camlann Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table set out to three distance worlds - Castiana, Sahal and Vagonbrei - in search of the Sangraal. Merlin left his library here kept safe by advanced technology. In 2006 the planet was visited by SG-1 looking for the Sangraal. SG-1 opened Merlin's library and accidently caused the Black Knight to attack another villager. Cameron Mitchell fought the knight while Daniel Jackson managed to deactivate it before it killed Mitchell. One of the villagers, a young female, Valencia managed to remove the sword from the stone. With this they gained access to all of Merlin's hidden knowledge. Daniel later returned here to look for knowledge about Castiana. (SG1: "Camelot", "Morpheus")
